RETURNS & EXCHANGE

At Essencie, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans in India. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, each product carries its own unique character. Slight variations in finish, texture, colour, and detailing are natural and should not be considered defects. All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

We encourage you to review product details carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit, or
  • An incorrect product was delivered

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and tags intact
  • Barcode tag must remain untampered

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are processed as a continuation of the original order.
  • Exchanges will be honoured only at the original MRP paid.
  • Sale or discounted prices are not applicable to exchanged products, even if a sale is running at the time of exchange.
  • Customised or personalised jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.

STEP-BY-STEP RETURN PROCESS

  1. Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing
    care@essencieofficial.com
  2. You will be required to share clear photographs and/or videos of the damaged or incorrect product. Approval for return will be granted at the discretion of Essencie’s Quality Control team.
  3. Upon approval, Essencie will arrange a pickup of the product.
  4. Once the returned item is received and passes quality verification, a replacement product will be shipped.

Essencie is not responsible for returned items that were not reported or approved in advance.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed only in the following case:

  • Packages confirmed as lost in transit.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once the return is received and passes QC, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

  1. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
  2. Invalid address format or PO Box addresses.
  3. Failure to receive the package after 3 delivery attempts.
  4. Packages refused by the recipient.
  5. Sizing concerns, customers are advised to review sizing details before purchase.
  6. Products returned in used, worn, or damaged condition.
  7. Minor variations in colour, texture, or design due to handmade craftsmanship.
  8. Products without manufacturing defects.
  9. Customised or personalised jewellery.

In cases where jewellery is non-faulty, a replacement may be offered at Essencie’s discretion, subject to approval.

GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY

All products sold on www.essencieofficial.com are guaranteed authentic.
Essencie cannot authenticate products purchased from any unauthorised third-party platforms or sellers.
